This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid LaunchOtter plans, operated by Surf Apps, LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Try before you buy

Every video is free to create, preview, and edit, and you can export a watermarked version at no cost. That means you can fully evaluate LaunchOtter — including your own finished video — before paying anything.

Project unlock ($9, one-time)

• 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund it — no hard feelings.
• Because the unlock is a digital product delivered instantly, project unlocks are generally non-refundable after 14 days.

Pro ($47/year)

• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• We don’t provide partial refunds for the current period — but if you were charged by mistake or run into a problem, email us and we’ll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase, with a short note. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country (for example, EU and UK consumers) that cannot be waived by agreement.
